Route and Safety
The ride is about 15 miles and 80% of it is on divided roads.
Ride for Miles Street Route for 2012
1. Exit the parking lot on the West side of the Dolan Science Center.
2. Turn left
(East) on Carroll Blvd and proceed until it intersects with Belvoir Blvd.
Turn right (South) onto Belvoir Blvd.
4. Continue South
on S. Belvoir to Shelburne Rd.
5. Turn left
(East) on Shelburne Rd.
6. Turn right
(South) on Landon Rd.
7. Go across the
Green Rd. Bridge over Shaker Blvd and turn left (East).
8. Take Shaker
Blvd. to Gates Mills Blvd.
9. Continue on
Gates Mills Blvd. past Lander Rd. and SOM Center Rd.
10. Circle back where Gates Mills
Blvd. ends at Old Mill Rd. and return following the same route.

From the east or southeast via I-271: Exit
I-271 at Cedar Road heading west. Go 3 miles west to Warrensville
Center Road. Take a left. Go 1 mile south until you reach Fairmount
Cirlce. Go around the traffic circle a little bit more than 3/4 until you
reach North Park Blvd, North East.* Go one block until you reach the stop
sign. Bear right, the entrance to the campus is about 100 feet on your
From the west or south via I-480. Exit at Warrensville Center Road northbound. Go 4.3 miles north on Warrensville Center Road,
until you reach Fairmount Circle. Bear right on the circle, continuing
past Fairmount Blvd until you reach North Park Blvd, North East. Go one
block until you reach the stop sign. Bear right, the entrance to the
campus is about 100 feet on your left.
From the west via I-90. Go into downtown Cleveland, exiting at
Carnegie Avenue. Continue east on Carnegie 3.3 miles. When you
pass under the University Circle RTA station, Carnegie becomes Cedar Glen
Parkway. Get into the right hand lanes. At the top of the hill, bear
right onto Cedar Road. Go 3.8 miles to Warrensville Center Road.
Take a right on Warrensville Center and go 1 mile to Fairmount Circle. Go
around the traffic circle a little bit more than 3/4 until you reach North Park
Blvd, North East.* Go one block until you reach the stop sign. Bear right, the
entrance to the campus is about 100 feet on your left.
*Warrensville Center Road goes through Fairmount Circle, however you cannot take
a left from Warrensville unto Fairmount Circle. You must enter Fairmount
Circle when you first hit and drive around it.
